Book a Service Session

BOOKING & DEPOSITS Service requests are reviewed before confirmation. Submitting a request does not reserve your appointment. Once your project, location, and requested time are approved, we’ll send payment instructions. A deposit equal to one hour of your selected service is required to confirm and is credited toward your total. Any applicable consultation credit reduces the deposit due. PAYMENT & SESSION TIME A three-hour minimum applies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rates are per hour, per organizer. (The default is 1 organizer) The remaining balance for your scheduled session is due at the start. Additional time requires your approval and schedule availability; payment for extra time is due at the end. Products, supplies, travel fees, and supply pickup charges are separate and disclosed before approval. Zelle is preferred; a secure card payment link is available upon request. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Service deposits are nonrefundable but may transfer ONE TIME with at least 48 hours’ notice. The new appointment must occur within 30 days of the original date, subject to availability. A second reschedule, cancellation or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, no-show, or inability to access the property forfeits the deposit. A new deposit is required for future bookings. SHORT-NOTICE BOOKINGS For appointments confirmed less than 48 hours before the start, you have two hours after confirmation to cancel for a deposit refund or use your one-time transfer. This grace period ends when the appointment begins. Afterward, the deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. CONSULTATIONS Zoom consultations are $25, paid at booking. Join from the project location. The fee is credited toward your first service when booked within 30 days. IF WE CANCEL If Settled & Simplified cancels, you may receive a refund of your deposit or transfer it without using your one-time allowance.
